hugs and kisses -tag-

Hi all!

A mini post today.

Started this tag with a piece of paper from 13arts, Faces of Spring collection.

The mini 'hugs and kisses' tag is also from this collection.

I glued down some tissue paper on the tag and painted it with 13arts paints.

The tissue paper will give it a great texture!

Used a template and modeling paste for the white dots.

Stamped with black and used the top of a mist bottle to make the black circles.

Also added some splashes of black paint.

Colored the flowers with 13arts paints: matte turquoise and matte lemon.

Took the turquoise paint and added some paint (using my finger) on the edges 

and a bit on the tag as an extra touch.

Had a lot of fun creating this one!
